We have over 80 years combined experience providing a range of asbestos surveying and consultancy services. We perform in-depth comprehensive asbestos surveys to both commercial and domestic buildings throughout London and South East England. Surveys and bulk sampling can be carried out on any property or land to identify any possible contamination.

Samples of suspected materials will be taken and analysed in an independent UKAS accredited laboratory. Our surveyors are fully qualified and insured, we can offer surveys for property sales, mortgages, insurance or refurbishment purposes.

The two main surveys we can conduct are:

Refurbishment and Demolition Survey (R&D survey) - This is a fully intrusive survey into any building or specific area of a property.
Management Survey - This involves a visual inspection of the area. Samples are only taken from exposed suspected regions. Any areas which cannot be accessed can only be presumed. Surveys of this nature are often conducted within buildings or live working areas where access be restricted, such as in a live hospital or school.

All surveys are carried out in accordance with HSG 264. Once surveys are complete, we can advise you on the safest way of managing the asbestos, these recommendations include material & priority assessments, colour photos and site plans.
